You have two options.
You can press the SEND SCHEDULE button in the upper right corner of the screen when you have the CREW SCHEDULE open.
Or, you can individually send out a notification to a single crew member by clicking on the “BullHorn” icon next to their name.
See below an example of how the Crew Schedule looks like in a common week and where to find the above mentioned notification icons (Bullhorn icon).
