How do I add a Crew for use with the Crew Schedule or Timecards?

To add a Crew, go to the Main Menu, click on the Crew Schedule Module and once here, click on the “Gear Icon” located at the top right side of the screen as shown below. Also, you can click on the following link to get to the Crew Schedule Settings.

Remember that the Gear Icon represents the Module Settings.

In here, scroll down, at the Crews Section, click on the button “Add Crew +”.

Once you click on the “Add Crew +” button, it will take you to another screen where you can write the name of your crew, you can also assign a leader to that crew and include all the team members of it.

You can use the “Show Crew To” button to allow the selected person or people to see the crew in the Timecards or Crew Schedule. This option will allow your foremen, supervisors, etc. to see who is under their crew. If you opt to do not show this to anyone, you as the main admin of your Contractor Foreman will see this information only.

Then the crew leaders will be able to see the crew members when they use the crew card in the Time Cards Module.
