How do I create a new User?

To create a new User, you need to create a new Employee. Go to the Menu and then choose Directory. From here, select Add a New Employee option and create a new Employee (the dropdown menu is located at the top left side of the screen as shown below).

After you have clicked on “Add a New Employee”, you will be taken to a new window that will allow to put in there all the details and information related to the new employee. There will be a check box on the right side of the screen with a question; “Allow Login Access?” check on the box that says “Authorize”.

Once this box is checked, you can assign a user name and password. Also, you can set in here the type of “Role” you want to assign to this employee. Only on the settings you can customize the roles, create them, edit them and determine to which functions they will have access to in your Contractor Foreman Account. ***If the user has been already created, go the profile of the user and click on the edit button to get to this screen and check the box “Authorize”.
