Go to the Crew Schedule Module from the main Menu. Click on the Gear Icon (Module Settings) in the upper right corner of the display, or click here.
Then, click on the green pencil to edit the General Settings of the Crew Schedule as shown below.
Under the Projects Shown option, select only the Project Statuses that you deem ACTIVE and available to schedule.
Next time you work on your Crew Schedule Module, only the Projects under the statuses selected will be shown.
