An email I sent was not received or bounced.

If an email address that you mailed to “bounced”, that means the email server at the other end said that the email address is invalid and does not exists. When that happens, mail can no longer be sent to that address. If you know that the issue has been fixed, you can reactivate the email address so that you can send to it again. To do so, go to the Directory record. Below the email address you will see red text. Click it and it will send a Reactivate request.

If you do not see red text, then there may be some other issue if mail is not being received. In that case, let us know the email address and we can look into it.
