Step 1: Navigate to the Dashboard.

Step 2: Creating a "New Ticket" is straightforward. First, go to the "Marketing" section, and navigate to "Supports".

Step 3: Click on "New Ticket", enter information, and create a "New Ticket". You can edit, ticket summary view, and delete customers' details on the dashboard.

Step 4: Enter informationm, and create "New Ticket".

Step 5: Options include Add reply, add note, reminders, and managing Other tickets, tasks and settings.
